It keeps a full inventory of the furnishings — furniture, appliances, textiles and equipment — by property and by room, each with a photo, purchase date, price, supplier and warranty. During an inspection it records what's scratched, broken or missing and turns it into a replacement list. It shares a common database with Guesthouse Butler, so the damage is attached to the reservation as an expense or a deposit deduction. It works offline, in seven languages, and costs €4.99 for three months or €14.99 for a year.
